Fender Custom Shop – 1951 Nocaster Relic (2002) – Telecaster

For sale is a 2002 Fender Custom Shop 1951 Nocaster Relic Telecaster, finished in 3 Tone Sunburst.
The guitar is in very good condition, with factory relic’ing. It comes with all unopened case candy, hang tags, and the CoA. It comes fitted with a fresh set of D’Addario EXL110 10-46 gauge strings, ready to go from the genuine Fender period correct ‘thermometer-style’ hard case.
Vintage spec, as per original 1951 issue: 50’s U-shaped neck profile, 7.25 radius fingerboard, ash body, vintage frets etc. The guitar weighs in at 7lbs.
It comes wired as per true Nocaster pickup selector options which uses the ‘tone’ control as a blend:
Position 1: Bridge pickup, with blend control dialling in the neck pickup.
Position 2: Neck pickup, with blend adding no function.
Position 3: Neck pickup with .05 cap, resulting in very warm tone. Blend adds no function.
